User data deletion

If you used Mehran Ki Baat / mehranshafique.com login or connected social accounts through our CRM tools, you can request that we delete your personal data.

How to request deletion

1. Email admin@mehranshafique.com from the address linked to your account, or use the contact form.
2. Subject line: Data deletion request.
3. Include your account email and which platforms you connected (Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube), if any.

What we delete

• Your CRM user profile (name, email, business fields).
• Stored OAuth tokens and connected social account records for your user.
• Content, captions, leads, and publish logs owned by your account (when requested).
• Traffic/analytics rows tied to your visitor cookie where reasonably identifiable.

What we may retain

We may keep minimal records required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance for a limited period.

Third-party platforms

Disconnecting or deleting data here does not automatically delete posts already published to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, or YouTube. Remove those from each platform’s own tools if needed. You can also revoke app access in each platform’s security settings.

Timing

We aim to process verified requests within 30 days.
